Travis Richards Office provides electronic fax services to individuals, businesses, healthcare-related organizations, community agencies, and members of the public.

This retention period applies to documents processed through the electronic fax platform.

Clients should understand that fax documents may remain within the provider's electronic system after the immediate service has been completed.
