What is a social media specialist? 

A Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement. The Specialist may also monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments, and oversee creative design.

CLIENT INTAKE

Intake is completed by agency staff and is forwarded to our social media specialist who will review your intake form and start the process for services 

PAYING FOR SERVICES

Payments can be made via

Paying the agency for TRO’s  professional and specialized services is required within 30 days of getting the invoice(s). If paying by cheque please make It payable to:

Please be aware if invoice(s) are not paid within 30 days of getting your invoice(s) a 2% increase will be applied to your next bill.

 

PRIVACY: 

Your privacy is important to us and protected under Canadian law. Then professionals you meet here are all bound by rules and regulations in-accordance with licensing and certifications etc. Client-Provider Confidentiality is the upheld at the highest level of service provision. We are happy to provide you more information on how your information is stored and used in services and working with our partners upon your request

When you cant reach us: 

If it is an emergency please text the office phone number stating your name, the emergency matter and a team member will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Telephone Inquires/Electric Communication 

The social media specialist is not always available to speak with clients by telephone. Where approiate and time allows and with your permission a member of our team may speak with you and address your business matter or tell you notes/messages from the social media specialist. 

Due to law and privacy concerns we only communicate non-sensitive business matters by email, For sensitive business matters such as social media login credentials or other business matters please come to office or mail it to the office. 

Appointments: 

Clients can book appointments by telephone or in-person. If you cannot get through to us over the phone please keep trying otherwise please come to the office. 

The administration professional and social media specialist are trustworthy and professional members of our team. You will be asked questions to help schedule the correct time frame/length of the appointment. If you do not provide correct information, your appointment may be delayed. 

Types of appointments: 

Regular- regular appointments are pre-booked usually a week to in advance. We thank-you for your patience. If you feel the matter is urgent please let us know or come to the office. 

Regular appointments can be longer if required/needed is we can look after the business matter at hand, if time allows. 

Appointment Reminders: We do offer this part of the service. 

Cancelation, Lateness No-Show Policy: 

In-order to provide professional and top service to you and your business as well as other agency clients we require 24-hours notice for appointment cancellations for all in office, virtual and phone appointments, you can call the office any time of day an d leave a detailed message. Multiable no-shows will be billed a fee of $25

Our office is fully wheel-chair accessible and follows all accommodations for those with barriers and disabilities, feedback is always welcome. 

 

Our Service Principles: 

TRAVIS RICHARDS – AGENCY FOUNDER

Travis Richards is a fully licensed social media specialist and owns Travis Richards Office (TRO). Travis began his career in marketing administration on July 15th 2015 and holds certificates from the Training & Learning Centre of Renfrew County as well holds licensing from the Ontario government and Google. Travis decided to make a difference in his community for the businesses there and across eastern Ontario. In the past he has done volunteer work for Startup Canada , Access Work Service , Northern Credit Union and is involved with Toastmasters in Ottawa and in the Ottawa Valley.
Travis believes in supporting small businesses over big corporations and encourages others to do the same.
